Ribbons
Ribbons lay on the floor
Behind the door.
She used to wear them loosely
to bind her long dark hair.
She
was wild,
and needed to be
Bound by strong arms
that would knit with her loosely
and not contain, yet reach into her heart.
He
was seeking
and needed to be
woven with wild love,
that would grip him tightly
Seeking to become one with his soul.

She called. Aaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
He answered. Ooohhhhhaaaa

Now her hair is in braids
That lay by his side.
While his heart
has been woven with hers.
One in his spirit.
One in her heart.
They have braided their life
With a Ribbon of Love.
