| The Mysteries |
| I went to the tundra to smell the freshness of crisp snow. I went to the frozen Kotzebue Sound to see the crystalline ice blowing in the winds. I went to the hilltop where the ancestors lay in stillness within the depths of the earth. I went within the canyons and the plains of my heart. I went near and I went far. I found that the Creator is more precious to me than the material things of this world. I found that the promise of Eternal Life means more to me than the promise of the Mysteries while walking on this earth. I found that a friend is a rare jewel, and it is good to see the world thru their eyes. |
